jilligg is operated for players located in the Philippines. Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Each player may hold only one active jilligg account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on jilligg are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Currency conversion fees may apply for non-PHP payment sources.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilligg ("jilligg," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilligg online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at jilligg.com (the "Platform").

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on jilligg. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilligg reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilligg is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilligg will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify jilligg immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jilligg is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with jilligg's KYC process, which may include providing a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All deposits to your jilligg account must be made using payment methods accepted by jilligg, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, among others. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jilligg does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to jilligg's verification requirements. jilligg reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. jilligg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All transactions on jilligg are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jilligg does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting systems, engage in arbitrage, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilligg Platform:
jilligg reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, and reporting to relevant authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jilligg content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilligg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jilligg's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilligg account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilligg's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jilligg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. jilligg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilligg will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jilligg operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
